I've got a semi live hunt going over on the Colorado page that Jaquomo suggested I start posting to this page. I don't think I'll restart the thread here, but here's a link to the thread and some photos of the buck that I'm after. Be nice to see the Colorado page get some traffic too.

Jaq- We seem to be trying to communicate on a few different threads. I'll probably do a semi-live here next year, but I enjoy seeing the whole story all together over on the Colorado page. Hope this finds everyone patiently waiting on something to cruise past them!

Hondo- Woohoo!!! I kinda figured I wasn't the only idiot with him on my radar. I hope somebody gets him and I don't care who! Been looking at him every evening and morning since I found him again on Saturday night. He's about 2 miles from his summer range this morning and I almost had it done last night. He needed to cross the damn county road, but that one damn doe wouldn't follow the rest of the herd and you know what that means.

I hunted “field” bucks for many years and it would drive me crazy. Monster bucks but I could never get all the permissions lined up.. two years in a row I had a 216” buck at 40yds on the wrong side of the fence! ( was killed with a rifle later)
