Can anybody tell about the old Jennings Uniforce 800R single cam bow? There are three adjustment settings on cam labeled A, B and C. Are these for changing draw length? Thanks.

If so, is A the longest or shortest setting?

Lowdest bow ever made. Look at the cam and see which lets cable out or takes it in.

I forgot to take a photo. I’ll check it when I go back to the shop. Glad to hear your input on the noise factor. That would annoy me greatly.

They're not the loudest bow ever made. That would be a Mathews.

Ever store 10' from that Jennings when it went off?

I stopped shooting compounds back in 1980s and went back to stickbows. I’m looking to find a vintage bow for finger shooting. My last compound had wheels. I remember at 3-D shoots when the hard cams and overdraw bows first came out. It sounded like .22 rifles going off in the woods.

I think an old Hoyt Vantage or Pro Vantage were the bows of choice.

Hoyt made a modern fingers shooting bow called the Tribute (because of their pro shooter,Chuck Adams, I suspect) but they discontinued it a couple of years ago.
