Closer picture. What happened is, a woman called me yesterday, just about in tears. I had forgotten to bring her any meat this year and she had family coming for Christmas. Could I please kill her a deer. So I shot the first one I saw. Delivered the cut and wrapped meat about 10-minutes ago and she almost broke down. Widow woman,in her 80's, living hand to mouth and family is not much better off. Now, I am some more tard. Been a full but good morning. God was workin my corner, today. Aged him at 3.5-4.5, real fat. Pretty typical for a deer in this area.

t-roy, there is no such thing as cull buck. That is just an excuse to shoot a small one or a cheap one. I forgot about the turkeys. Counted over 30, roosted around me.
