Browning Barrier Fleece

I have a Browning Barrier Fleece half zip reversible pullover with Gore Windstopper sandwiched between the two layers of Polartec fleece that is no longer manufactured, it was the quietest windproof outer layer for whitetail hunting I have ever seen. Unfortunately over the years , which are many I guess maybe 20 , the Gore windstopper has degraded, a hunting friend has the same pullover and the same thing has happened to his.

We are constantly searching for the perfect QUIET windproof outer shell to no avail. Sitka Fanatic and Stratus is an attempt at that, but nothing compares to the Barrier fleece. I recently shot Browning an email suggesting they bring it back. I guess I am just venting! Browning had one like two decades ago why can't the manufactures today do better. Anybody else out there frustrated trying to find a quiet windproof outer shell?
