Let me start this off by saying I have absolutely no affiliation with Bee Stinger/ Gold Tip and to be honest I don't really love this product, I prefer my Doinkers as they are a lot quieter. That said I have had one of Bee Stingers 8 inch hunters for the last year or so and the other day one of the end caps broke loose. Called them and told them of the issue, they emailed a shipping label immediately and said it will turn around in less than 4 days. That is impressive in today's market place. A company willing to really stand behind what they make, and take care of their customers. Good for them!

Did you read my above post? I don't love the product, but that has little or nothing to do with their obviously brilliant CS. I'm sure there are plenty of guys who absolutely love their stuff, so it's just a tip of the cap to a company that is going above and beyond to back their product. Good for them.
