Hi, Anyone shooting a Elite Ritual? I like the looks of the bow and wondered what other have to say about the Bows performance. I'm thinking of ordering one. Thanks,

I had one, kept it about a month or so and sold it. I really didnt care for it. It did tune very easy, that said I am pretty apt at tuning. Held well and had a smooth but stiff draw. It was a little too stiff for the numbers I would get from it, mine was quite anemic. I tuned a buddies for him and his was a bit on slow side as well. It surely wasnt a favorite offering of mine from elite. I updated the cams to the new version under warrenty and the sold it.

I have been extremely pleased with mine. I bought mine shortly after they came out. I had the Synergy (2 of them) before the Ritual.
I like the Ritual better. It shoots slightly faster than the Synergy. Smooth draw, solid wall, quiet and no vibration.

You might can pick you up a good deal on a used or NIB since we are at old year/new year season on AT. I know the newer model is shorter. I still prefer the longer bow for what I believe will deliver better accuracy.

Just make sure if you by a 2018 that it has the updated cams from elite on it,

Preciate the remarks. I like the 33 in and I guess they have just now introduced a 35" axle to axle.

I like Elites and currently own 3 of the older models. But I'd love to shoot a 33 or 35" Ritual.

The 35" Ritual is definitely an intriguing offering!

I bought mine last May. After getting through the cam 1.0 to 2.0 process with Elite back when it was a complete cluster %*@& the thing as been amazing. Thankfully it sounds like they are being more accommodating to bow owners now for the cam swap.
Overall I love the bow, which I think says a lot since I have always been a huge fan of the older style of Elites. I like the looks, the draw cycle, the valley, and the feel at the shot. Is it a speed demon? Not really, but the animals I have killed with it never noticed the speed.

What was the deal with the original cam? Did the updated cam change anything or was it replaced because of possible manufacturing flaws?
I shot one this weekend. Although it was the personal bow of one of the guys that worked in the bowshop. So I am not sure if it was last years or this years.
It felt just fine to me, not far off from my 2015 energy 35.

The cam was causing serving wear right where the string and cam met for some reason.

I think it should be so noted that Elite Archery acknowledged and addressed the cam problem. They have corrected (replaced) the defective cams of Elite Ritual bow owners when notified of the problem.

I had a new set of cams at my house in two days. No issues with elites CS on the issue
