Not very filling
I've seen a whole litter of piglets run out of a cow carcass, yuck.
And people ask me why I don't eat 'em.........

That puts me in mind of turducken...lol.
Bears and lions eat carrion too, and yet we eat them.
Can’t believe that guy let him out. Time to pick the whole works up and slap it on the bawrbie
What ever you guys are looking at didn't show up on here for me. StickFlicker: Do Mountain Lions really eat carrion? Bears I know, but I was under the impression that Lions were unbelievably picky to the point of leaving their own kills just after a day or two?

Where is the picture? For some reason I'm not seeing it.
Don’t see a picture. Can’t respond to thread title like that :-)
Lions and bears ain't on my menu either......
Cant see a pic, but I do remember an old Dan Fitzgerald video of him using a fresh hog gut pile as bait for hogs. I suspect most all predators, even bobcats and panthers will eat carrion when times are hard.
I posted the video and my post was removed. ??? It was a Pig that was eating on the carcass of a dead cow. It had gone inside the carcass and tried to come out the opening in the leg and was stuck.
