What ever you guys are looking at didn't show up on here for me. StickFlicker: Do Mountain Lions really eat carrion? Bears I know, but I was under the impression that Lions were unbelievably picky to the point of leaving their own kills just after a day or two?

Cant see a pic, but I do remember an old Dan Fitzgerald video of him using a fresh hog gut pile as bait for hogs. I suspect most all predators, even bobcats and panthers will eat carrion when times are hard.

I posted the video and my post was removed. ??? It was a Pig that was eating on the carcass of a dead cow. It had gone inside the carcass and tried to come out the opening in the leg and was stuck.
