Mountain or Woodland Caribou?

Now since the last of the South Selkirk herd is out of the wild, am curious what the difference between “Woodland” and “Mountain” caribou… Understand the Woodland subspecies is in SE Canada like Newfoundland, but they are also calling these ones formerly of NW US - Woodland, but they also use the Mountain term… So wheres the dividing line between east and west, for both P&Y and B&C distinguish the two different...
