Very much looking forward to next Thursday. Buddy and I have the 2 pt. average and I haven't hunted elk since 2011 where I was lucky enough to take my first bull on the first time out in CO thanks to some extremely helpful people here on Bowsite. One of the best places to find general information. I have found that if you are willing to work your tail off while preparing mentally and physically, it can happen. There is no place like elk country and can't believe it's taken me so long to try to make it back. Either this tag or OTC CO if unsuccessful. Good luck to you all!

Our group average is 3.something in for General tags, so I'm confident we will draw.
