Arizona has three drawings per year. The one with elk and antelope is called the "mid winter" drawing, because that's when you apply.

wow, I checked tonight with little to no optimism left and I beat the house by 6 years and drew my first choice with 7 points, talked about a turn of events. September archery elk in AZ up on my plate, and what a year to draw!

Yes they are looks like I know what unit I am heading to this year.This means right on schedule I have drawn in 2002,2006,2010,2015 and now 2019. Always have done well in years with good moisture.

Yep, it's official. I had high hopes, but AZ thought otherwise. Anyone know when the draw reports get posted so that I can see how far off I was? It's a new crap shoot every year, but I really thought I had a decent chance. ??
