Recomend a 110V light

I've been running 12 V LEDs off of battery. I think there is a rule that you can never have too many lights on a bowfishing boat. I just acquired a generator and thought I might try running all the 12 V off one side and set up 110V on the other to run off the Geni. Should I stay LED, go HPS or just plain halogens?

HPS lights are the way to go. I've had LED's from 20W all the way to 100W. they work ok, but nothing beats lighting up the whole lake. My current set-up is 7x 400W HPS parking lot lights. The only downfall is listening to the genny run all night. Also you have to run a big genny to run that many high wattage lights. I think a good set-up would be a bunch of 250W HPS lights on a small genny.

HPS are definitely in my rather experienced opinion the way to go. If using LED's for stained water, use a warm kelvin rated light.
