My daughter's first turkey hunt

Took my almost 4 year old daughter on her first turkey hunt. We had an absolute blast in the woods together sitting in our "playhouse" (her words, not mine), listening to and watching the birds come alive this past weekend. It was an amazing day that left me a VERY proud dad.

Congrats on taking your daughter out hunting. The biggest problem I had when my daughters were that age was keeping them awake. The second biggest problem was making sure they had enough snacks!

Warm clothes, plenty of food, snacks, plenty of food, snacks a stuffed animal or two, and few games (I played a 6 hour game of monopoly with my daughter on her antelope hunt once!) and you're in for a good time. We play cards, board games, cribbage, etc. I'm not talking about video games.
