limbing Roads and shooting lanes

I have about 3500 acres total... Lots and lots of roads.
I have sworn off the pole saw.
i bought one of these to mount to My FEL - supposed to be there tuesday - looking forward to see how it works.
anyone here tried one?

Mule Power - i've got three. and 20 miles of bad road.... i plan to ride in the cab and air tractor and trim limbs... i hope this thing works!

There is a brush mower that mounts/cuts vertically that is definitely the way to go. Pricey, but clearing roads with a limb saw is horribly inefficient.
