Help With Bow Stabilizer Quick Disconnt

I am in the market for a front stabilizer quick disconnect. I know nothing about them. They appear to be inexpensive, but I am unsure of what components I need to order. Are there more than one component? If anyone can advise me, it would be much appreciated. Also, if there is a favored manufacture.

Check that....you'll want the straight model.
