Insert into your arrow to ensure the arrow is level at full draw maybe?

It's shown here on this sight. It's sticking out towards the camera, a little hard to see.

It is a bow level that went in sight holder- usually above or below sight pins. Probably circa 1970-80’s.

Thanks! that is what I thought due to the age. Can't find any other use for them, so I think I will level out my trash in the morning , lol.
