I drive by there every other week. Wondering if they were going to do another controlled burn through the meadow. Grass is up above their bellies. But they don’t seem to mind.

Hey Dave, they burned the whole East side...I did see one small calf, just didn’t get around for any pictures...They may not burn any more during calving...Dad was saying they alternate every other year or so on which side they do...

Just drove by. Looks like they have done half the preserve now. Your bull must have been back under the trees for shade. It still amazes me that they put that amount of antler on each year.
