Marinated and bacon wrapped wild turkey breast on the griddle. Couldn’t resist drizzling some jalapeño cream cheese on it near the end :)

That brings back fond memories of a great meal with a great friend(and his family) not too long ago!
The only thing that’s better than marinated, bacon wrapped wild turkey breast on the griddle is..................marinated, bacon wrapped wild turkey breast cooked over an open fire! ;-)

Dang Rut, the only thing that would make your dinner better is a cold Bud Light... or 5 :) Grey, It’s not Colonel Sander’s 11 secret herbs and spices so I’ll spill the beans! It’s just soy, worcheshire and salt and pepper. To me the key is cooking it on a griddle. I just bought a Blackstone griddle and have since thrown my grill away! That thing is awesome!

Yes, Bud Light...it’s a redneck, southern thing. :) But I am a Yuengling Light fan! Shortstop, why do I feel like I’m being set up with the trash can turkey thing? Lol

I wouldn't be using a galvanized trash can for cooking a turkey.
