Myself and two of my brothers have been planning on elk hunting in Wyoming this year. We all have general tags and planned on hunting an area we know and have hunted in the past.
Well, last night one of my brothers sent me a text of a picture of an Arizona Unit 9 archery elk tag. With his name on it! It seems his wife put some "hunting mail" in a stack and it never got opened. That's right...he just found out yesterday that he drew AZ Unit 9!!!!
Now plans are going to change. Obviously he will hunt Arizona. I'm not sure about Wyoming. Not sure what myself and my other brother will do either but it is a good kind of problem!!!
Moral to the story...If you apply in a state be sure and check the results!!!
