I have been looking at Thermal Trackers. I am colorblind and have a very difficult time following a blood trail. I am looking for some information from those who have used them before I go and purchase one. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

I bought one when they first came out years ago, the Infra-Red Game Tracker. Junk. I returned it to Cabela's and they gave me a refund. A year later they came out with a policy that you could no longer return any ELECTRONIC devices.
I can't speak for the new ones, as the technology is most likely different.

Try a 5000 lumen LED light for blood. Stands out very well for me. I'm not colorblind, so I can't tell you if it'll help or not, but you can get the light for less than $10 on ebay.
