Manitoba hunting licences

I was asked before if u went hunting in the spring for black bear with one outfitter, if u weren’t successful and wanted to switch outfitters for the fall hunt if they could and I always thought no. But I was wrong u can switch outfitters u just have to turn in your unused tag and buy another. I apologize to the guys that asked me in the past I should of looked into it further.
