Turkey pedestal build completed

I finished the pedestal last night for my son Austin’s full strut Nebraska Merriam gobbler mount that Fortner Taxidermy is working on. The stump is from a dead cedar tree at my hunting club. The rest is from a pallet I tore apart. I’ve always felt that little touches make for great memories so I incorporated Austin’s shotgun shell, an in the field picture as well as the shed antler he found moments before he killed the bird. #makinmemories #godsgreatoutdoors #blessed

Thanks guys! It’s a labor of love for sure. KS, man I’m not sure as I’ve worked on it here and there so many times. I’ve probably got 20 to 30 hours in it
