I recently purchased another buck decoy. I joked w my buddy that I'm going to employ a " 2 buck/1 doe decoy spread" to sucker in the Kansas giants we're after.
That got me thinking... just maybe that would work pretty damn good !?!
Has anyone ever tried it? I looked online and couldn't find anything.
Maybe throw in some geese dekes off to the side for confidence ... lol!

I use a bedded doe and standing buck once the chase phase gets going. It works remarkably well.

We did a three buck one doe spread Years ago and added 5 crow decoys. It worked really well. Did not kill anything off of it but got a lot of action. Bucks were really fired up that day anyway.

Thanks RK. I'm gonna give it a try. We've had quite a bit of success decoying some big deer but last year the real bigguns hung up and didnt present a shot.

You can use a standing redo doe and just remove her legs. Makes a good bedded doe.

I once saw a guy that had about 10 decoys set up...on public land to boot. I was stunned. He also had a huge blind with a chimney and samosas pouring out of it, in the standing corn. Craziest thing I’ve ever seen
