I have spotty cell phone coverage at my cabin.

Is there a way (no electricity) to boost a cell signal?

You can do it via cell signal booster using battery power.

I have the same problem at my cabin but do have electricity. Any specific cell signal booster recommendations (brands)?

I believe Wilson is the brand to get.

Wilson has some good ones that work on 12v. Deep cycle battery and solar charger would probably power it at your cabin.

I have a Wilson and works really well. It is a bit pricey but well worth it to me. One thing is if you don't have any service it may help, but if you have some service it will help a lot.

I live in a house with steel siding, and metal roof on the back side of a hill from a cell tower. 1 bar Fringe area for cell signal. Have a Wilson and now have 3 to 4 bars inside the house. Antenna is up a tree pointed at the nearest cell tower. Just make sure you get the latest and greatest,as some of the older ones only get 3G and some of the cell towers only have 4G.

WeBoost/Wilson work well. You can get them for one phone or for the cabin itself.
