Just wanted to give all you Bowsite semi-live hunt addicts a link to the annual United Bowhunters of Pennsylvania's 5C Doe Hunt thread. This is an awesome event that is organized by a few of PA's most hard working state bowhunting reps, and should not be missed. People come to gather in Kutztown, PA every year to make this happen, and it is a win-win-win for bowhunters, farmers, and the hunters sharing the harvest program. The infamous RutNut is there, and putting some deer on the ground as we speak. With any luck at all, he will come nowhere near a rattler this weekend! Check it out, and cheer on the PA guys & gals getting it done!

It’s a great event! Started 14 years ago as a way for us State Reps to get together for a hunt. Now it has grown into a 3 day event which benefits Hunters sharing the harvest and local farmers. Last year we donated over ten deer and $500 to HSH. That meat went to local food banks. Win, win, win...........
