I know someone on bowsite has done this.
I have with my grandchildren and my own kids. No better way to show them shot placement than on the real thing. Shawn
Ok....something about that is just wrong....lol. A petting zoo!
I do that when I see a moo cow in the field.
I actually showed my daughter on my dog. Same organs on the same spots. My wife was not amused.
I am with Paul, my daughter and i pick spots on the cattle and horses when they walk by us.
I did this multiple times with my boys with trips to the zoo. Bystanders that overheard me were a little taken back. Worked out good for one of my sons. He has been very successfully with his bow.
I did like salty and showed my oldest on my dog. That and trail cam picks at different angles letting her pick a spot.
I'm still laughing JohnMC!
Just for fun
I hunt am around cows a lot - I can constantly visualizing the “vital zone” especially on the younger smaller cows and calves.
The lady in the background looks like she wants to shoot your dad.
With a rage he can hit further back and still be fine.

Running your hands over the living animal is called the "Biden Method...!"
Lady in the background is demonstrating a head shot. She’s unethical if you ask me LOL
Bow hunters being bow hunters. I think most all do that, even if they don't realize it. I was showing my wife where the sweet spot would be on this beast. Bow hunters being bow hunters, there will probably be a debate on my shot placement, complete with red dots!
Extra points if you can say where this photo was taken.................
