I used the monthly subscription and I don't need it moving forward. I've spent way too much time trying to figure out how to suspend or cancel my subscription. What's the trick?
Call and cancel it. I can't imagine it's too difficult over the phone.
I've cancelled it before, pretty easy online.
I just had the damn thing auto renew through iTunes even though I purchased the 50 state version a couple months ago. Had to spend an afternoon convincing Apple to give me a refund. OnX threw it over the wall because it was through iTunes rather than through them directly. Major PITA. I have to figure out how to not auto renew again.

I don't have a Garmin account and I went through the Google play store for my Android phone.
The thing that gets me is I was able to sign up through my phone but it looks like if I want to suspend or cancel the subscription I have to somehow log in through a desktop computer. Now I have to find a desktop computer.
PS the poodle and the mustard were absolutely no help.

lol....too much technology. I'd try the poodle and mustard technique.
You just didn't put enough mustard on the poodle. Double it next time. A bottle of whisky also helps in the process.

There's always the old trick of cancelling your card and not paying your bill. New card comes in the mail in about 3 days these days;)

Oh, I was using the mustard all wrong. That poodle is not going to be happy.
I figured it out. To cancel or suspend your subscription for onX you have to hop on one leg while balancing a spinning plate on a stick while reciting the alphabet backwards.
I'd share about the poodle and the mustard but their young bowhunters here.
