I think I took the wrong 3 days off with the rain yesterday, and wind coming today. Nonetheless, I am up my tree, figure I’ll sit until 9 or 10. More wind at this hour than was forecasted, but here I am. Not many live hunts posted like I remember in years past. Is everyone sleeping in? I’m just above the swampy stuff again to my east, ridge on my left, they seem to funnel in from the north. Have a decent 10 pt on cam I’m after. Hope he’s out now with me ahead of the strong winds anticipated later. Good luck to anyone who’s out.

I thought I was watching 3 does until one got behind the other and tried to mount her. A spike. Isn’t it early to see that? Don’t think I’ve ever seen it even during the rut
