Can a hunter take an antlerless deer with a bonus tag on the sherburne wildlife refuge prior to filling the General season tag in a different zone? Asking for a friend

No. Gotta use your regular tag.
On a side note, look out for moo cows, oak wilt widow makers, and squirrel hunters in there! Place has gone to hell with poor management, why "your friend" would step foot in there is beyond me..
