Does anybody else see less deer when there are a lot of turkeys around. I currently have a wintering group of 200+ that have invaded my favorite stand. They are here from the last hour of the day until an hour or two after the sun comes up. They’re obviously really loud. This stand is usually red hot and I haven’t seen a deer in 4 sits this year. I’m thinking a few turkeys are no issue but this many may be a problem. Opinions?

That’s a lot of commotion. I imagine it makes the deer really nervous

Kill one or two turkeys and they will vacate the are in a hurry. They will not return this season.

The presence of turkeys where I am seems to keep the deer thinking its safe because they are always both present.

Turkeys and deer go hand in hand in my neck of the woods, never any issues

Never had any issues that I know of but I've never had 200 birds either.
