This is a bow only area I used to hunt years ago, haven't been here in a while kind of disappointed. Not much sign not even a tree rat. Give it time and see what happens

BBB, are you seeing things!? You know you can post here even when still hunting? Go towards the pine trees. I took a friend hunting once and after few hours watching the area from the top of a knob/hill he decided to spice up the emptiness with a fart. Loud and clear it echoed thru the forest like a grunt fueling my disappointment. I started chastising him only to stop abruptly while watching the deer getting closer and closer from behind the thick briar. He never hunted again and I miss him calling the deer.

well just completed about an hour walk a little less didn't see a thing going to head back to pick up my tree stand go home and rake the yard

Nice hunt Bob. I was out also but only saw squirrels and flocks of geese. It was very comfortable today.

when you get old, blood trail, you use old terms. When I say rake I mean blow them with my 10 horsepower self-propelled walk behind blower. Nice!
