I knew we were close to the huge bruin, I just didn’t know how close. Modele stopped, in front of us lay a stream about two feet deep, across from it a steep bank and on top of it , a wall of weeds. I will never forget what happened next. I knew that a death awaited on the other side.....

The story is with an editor now. I wrote a journal of my hunt (6,000) words and need to boil it down to 1,500. I think y’all will like it.
My quiver is the standard Mathews. It will only hold 4 arrows with Ramcats. I wish I had more with me on this hunt for sure.
