Looks like the elusive wide-eyed, thin necked, bassackwards whitechinned deer..........or just a giant jackalope. Can’t be sure, gonna have to research this. I wish TBM was still here. He would know for sure !

That mount was created by a talented taxidermist.....I notice he/she has captured even the most subtle of details, right down to illustrating the dietary habits of this species, which is 99% powdered donuts.

This is some of the best humor we’ve had here in a little while…
Just remember, fellas… There is no taxidermy that is so bad that it can’t be made worse with a wide-angle lens!

I've been dabbling in taxidermy a bit. To me, the eyes are everything. I was never satisfied with the ones I could purchase so I started making my own. Makes all the difference in the world, IMO.

Bowfinatic, is that a leopard or a leper ?
Midwest’s cat looks like he’s been in a hatchet fight......but didn’t have a hatchet !

Midwest, that’s my neighbour’s cat, just before, during and after I ran over it.
I only mounted it because it took me several tries and then had to finish him off with a shovel. Took like half an hour!

Can’t shoot that one in BC , Nick. That would be a Spirit Alf, probably from the Great Alien Rain Forest.
