I am looking for the arrow holder that mounts to your bow that looks like a pencil holder. It is used to hold a single arrow as a back up shot. I have one on my bow but cannot find a name on it. I want to get one for another bow. Any help is appreciated, Thanks, Joe.

There are a few out there. I have used the quick draw quiver for bow fishing before. Google single arrow quiver and you may see what you like.

Thought I saw one like that at 3Rivers a couple years ago. Was considering trying it with a stickbow and catquiver combo. That gives you the backup arrow at your fingertips and more available for the “next situation” I’d be curious to try it

Yes, This is the Back Up Arrow for when you hang your quiver in the tree. You don't have to fumble around or take your eyes off the animal because the arrow is right there in front of you.

I recently saw someone on a hunting show using one of those. I thought it a good idea.

I agree, 3rivers has that or similar, but I looked on their website and couldn’t find it. Not sure where else to look, so I’m pretty helpful...

If it doesn't have a hood (which I presume it does not), I would look to a lightweight quiver.

Something like this? Doesn't work on smaller diameter arrows, but should work fine on regular size

Is the BH protected (from cutting me)?

MoArk thanks for the link. That one might work if I can't find the one I use. Buck Watcher, No the BH is unprotected, same as the arrow you have nocked, This is something you use in a tree stand , if you are stalking you would have your quiver on.

This little wonder will tie to your riser and protect the you from the blades. I call it a one arrow quiver.
