Thanks for pictures. I think what I am looking for is similar to that far right stone sheep but with less head turn.

On a side note here is a mini “Taxidermy“ project I did with a part of my sheep recently. Who recognizes the part?

Stekewood’s beautiful Dall Sheep ped mount above is the best I’ve ever seen (had the chance to see it in person as we both use the same taxidermist, Jim Kelly of Ringoes, NJ). Hope Steve will post another pic showing what Jim did with the “back” side of that mount. Fantastic custom piece.

I love busta rib’s sheep coming down along the stairs, but probably won’t do another life size. They take up a lot of room.
I really like the wall pedestal mounts with a bit of habitat.
Love those pedestal mounts too! Stekewood and iceman, those mounts are gorgeous! They also take up less room than a full life sized mount but allow eye level placement in the room.

I really like pedestal mounts as they don’t take up as much room and can be moved around easier.

I wanted a pedestal but something different. My taxidermist used a Dewey form and mounted it on cedar.

I really like the pedestal floor mounts...has anyone stacked 2 pedestals on top of each other? One stand, but say 2 Dall's stacked maybe facing opposite directions... got one in the works and going again this summer. just trying to think ahead

This is as far as I’ve got on my desert ram. I’ve modified the form three times.

That 1/2 life size on the rocks makes me wish I’d seen that before my hunt! Lots of good looking mounts guys!

I saw a picture years ago of a pedestal mount where the pedestal had a built in wine rack. Looked super cool and unique. Can't remember if someone posted it on here or another site.

I should have said Rocky Mountain Bighorns only pics. Some of you are going to screw up my plan of retiring between 50-55 up when I start spending money on Stone, Dall, Desert and a non Colorado Mt. goat hunts. Some great mounts and even better hunts I am sure behind them!

After doing “full bodies” on the 4, I wasn’t going to do anymore, but I killed a really pretty Fannin this year that will be full as well. Looking for floor pedestal options for my RM Bighorn. Any/all other sheep will be wall or wall pedestals. Full bodied sheep are beautiful but it takes a ton of room.

Kota.....maybe you could downsize to just 2 warehouses for all your hunting gear, and designate the other one as your “sheep” room ;-)
Great looking mounts, BTW!
