Full Capture Rest for finger shooter

I am a traditional guy but hunted with an Oneida this year. I spooked a nice 10-point because my arrow fell off my springy rest (twing). I know I can work on my draw so the arrow doesn't move off the rest but I am curious if anyone uses a full capture rest shooting with fingers without sights. The NAP Quiktune 360 for instance has full capture and an opening to give you some sight picture. thanks Si
