Interesting antlers

This is a set of antlers I've had for 30 years. They were originally mounted on a log cabin I bought in 1989. Even then they were old. As you can see, the outside spread exceeds 36 inches. To me they look like whitetail antlers but I've never seen one nearly this wide. I wish I knew the story behind them, but I don't. What do you think? Never did see if it had droopy ears but would loved to have seen it in person!

It's really just a basic 8 with crowned g2's. The end of the left main beam is broken.

Muley....tiny brows. Check the beading on the bases, a whitetail will have the beading in a straight line like rows.
