DIY S.D. Antelope

If were not drawn for WY Antelope we are thinking about a S.D. Antelope bowhunt. Are non-residents allowed to start on the Aug. opening dates same as residents? I heard there may be a resident only period b/4 non-residents can hunt. Could not find anything on S.D. DR site. Thanks for any info.

Antelope opener is the same for residents and NR. Only deer has a delayed start for NR.

I seen fair numbers in western SD this year while I was scouting for mule deer, i would hunt a SD tag for lope if I didnt have a better option. I think it's worth the time.
