We don’t have Costcos in Hickville, but I’m going to the big city tomorrow and one is just off my path. Have to pick some up !

Don't use Lithium and don't feel the need to. Just use Kirkland brand AA's can't beat them for the price. Seem to last forever and they're just alkaline.

What do you do when you get to hard to reach cameras and there's like a 25% battery left? If I was using lithiums it would drive me mad. Throwing an alkaline AA out a touch early doesn't kill me, but I don't have enough things in the house to "use up" the bin of partially used AA's I keep around.

APauls, I tried using some alkaline batteries in very cold weather and the camera did not work. Browning told me that I needed lithium batteries in those temperatures. I switched and the camera worked. Do you have problems with alkaline batteries in very cold temperatures? My experience with lithium batteries is that they stay at 100% cameras reading for a long time. Once they start to drop they lose power quickly. At 50-75% reading there is almost nothing left.

"At 50-75% reading there is almost nothing left." It would seem there's 50-75% left...

70 cents a battery is a great deal for lithiums. I try to keep it below 80 cents per on EBay buys. IME....if you run cams in cold weather....alkalines do not have the backbone to last very long....especially in vid mode.

I’ve had no issues with alkaline in cold temps

Be careful when buying bulk lithium’s from Amazon and eBay. Got a ton of them and they were old and obviously sitting around for years. Many didn’t work and lots died faster than they should have.

I also can't see the picture very well. Is it $0.80/battery AA?

$0.70 per AA
