Im lookin for a thread about a year or 2 old,,it entailed the pros and cons of whichever western state was best to relocate to...my search function works about as well as pat defending the banning of the drive thread. Any help appreciated... ??

At this time relocation within USA, heck anywhere on Earth is ill advised. See Elon Musk (strange name) for a seat on the Mars expedition. He is moving there for the lithium mines needed to build the future battery banks. Bon voyage ....

My winter home I have folks from everywhere but Tennessee! Mostly from Blue states like IL, PA, NJ, CT, MA, CA,RI,NY, . Sell that big old antiquated old clapboard Yankee home for big $ and come here to income tax freedom. It's like they found gold here! 1000 families a week in my AO. Most have some initial freedom shock when they see Stars and Bars, Old Glory in 6ft flags out the back of pickups in the warm weather and Trump Flags the size of bill boards. They came and now enjoy the riches. Good fer them.

last savage, my wife and I (55 years old) are just about 1 year into relocating from NH to WY, if I can answer any questions on the reality of moving that far, let me know. Like everything in life, there's good and bad.
