Hind sight is 20/20! And it is hunt number 13, so it comes at no surprise ;)

they glide past and land 80 yards away, and near the other blind location. I might move the blind back near the house if the winds are still strong tomorrow. Stay tuned

Looks like a lot of fun. I may go bow hunting turkeys tomorrow. We have a three day season and you can shoot hens or gobblers. All I have seen while deer hunting is a group of 8 gobblers.

Paul, wondering how do those bucks react to Chase and him to them ? Also, are the geese ever concerned about him as you call them in or as you shoot ? Doesn't seem to be any problem........Bob

Bob, Chase is in the tent blind so the deer or the geese do not see him or me as we are under cover even while I shoot. Sometimes, if the flock lands well out of range and I think other geese will decoy to them, I will sent Chase out to chase them away as he does with gusto. To the geese, he is just a coyote, fox, and maybe a wolf!!!!!!!!!!!!! after them.
