Well my 2020 Nilgai hunt had a little twist to it do to The Texas wildlife and government doing some Nilgai culling off the property I normally hunt, so My outfitter told me we should cancel, I got of phone and called a few of My outfitters I hunt with and One told me jump in truck and he would take care of us, well we had just an awesome, I saw tons of bulls and missed a giant on day three, On day four I needed to get in truck to head home at 12 noon , well noon came I text my guide said I was going to sit till 2 , well at 130 A cow made the mistake and walked into water at 30 yards, I was in truck Headed back to Wisconsin with some awesome meat
Cool pics. I would love that type of hunting. I am one of the weirdos that actually enjoy sitting over water.
You are a stronger man than I am to let those hogs live. :)
Nice. Looks like your South Texas hunt ended up in the Texas Hill Country.
Bowfreak it was hard but no way was going to mess uo my setup 13 hours sits. Yes ken and it turned out awesome
Looks like some variety to keep you interested there for sure.
Were any of the others in your group successful?
Those hogs would not have walked away without an arrow at least being loosed...
I understand.....I don't always have the most willpower. I have been guilty of shooting does in the middle of the rut too. :)
Looks like you had a great trip. Who did you hunt with? I had spending time in a car so that drive would kill me. Lol
Treeline bob had a great hunt also messed up on a few bulls but never got a shot off, Probably saw over 40 bulls
That milage is even more impressive with the doors open! Congrats on the cow. Heard the meat is delectable.
a few videos I took while waiting on bull nilgai
I never videoed nilgai because I had bow in hand when I saw them to be ready
That hog that was on the right when the blackbucks were in there needed an arrow!
Treeline I drew on him a few times, lol
