I'm a pinch over 6'1 barefoot......

Last year I kinda had some Pound Creep and actually hit 207 lbs and spiraled into depression!

Granted I was dating 2-3 nights a week and with dinner/drinks and maybe a movie/popcorn, the Pound Creep grew fast.

This year I have change whom I date to more outdoor active in winter type, snowshoe/x-skiing or simple winter hikes, sports and more into indoor type bitter cold days of Yoga and lap swimming/sauna afterwards. I even did some ice skating which I haven't done since living in Bangor, Maine!

So 'lots more morning activities and calorie burning and then home right into the days projects/goals here or at @ lady friends place.

I like change though, new challenges and new results---------->

Good luck, Robb

First, I'm jealous. Just started getting in shape for next fall.

Second, happy birthday and make that wish you made a 100x come true. You know the one. It goes something like this " I wish a 380 bull comes out and stands right there" :)

Congrats! Nice job losing the weight and Happy Birthday! Over the last decade I've done the yo yo from 210 in the summer to 220 in the winter. I'd really love to get down close to 200. Although I work out all year and am in decent shape, I really think I'd be quite a bit more nimble if I could drop the pounds.

CONGRATULATIONS. I'm 6'2" and 207 right now. You've given me hope. 61 years old. I want 190. How long to lose the weight? My biggest problem is eating too much. I gotta cut back.

184.2 was also my exact weight.... coming out of 9th grade (and no, I wasn’t 22 years old)!! That’s friggin awesome, Rob! My target is 230 before I guide Mtn goat hunters this fall. 248 now and 6’1, still in a 36 pant but they’re a little tight...

From: spike buck
28-Feb-20
Congrats!!! I also lost 27 pounds since August 1rst. I use to find losing weight easy, but now at 58 years old, I found it hard to do... but I did it. Now 178lbs. Now just keeping it off will be the hard task. Spring bear hunt will help maintain...

Pop-r, I’m a good sized guy, average 240 and an outfitter in Alaska, been doing goats for over 20 years. That being said, being 230 gives me even more of an advantage. I bet Robb at over 200 would still out hunt 98% of ppl, but at mid 180’s, he will hunt better, move faster and his stamina is better, what I’m trying to do essentially

From: BULELK1
03-Mar-20
Plus I think having my lower--normal weight helps keep injury off~set as being 20lbs heavier is a lot more wear and tear on the ole body parts!

Paul, I went with a self imposed 4 hour rule, NO eating/snacks/drinking 4 hours before bed...…., I sleep Great and wake up kinda thinner!! haha

Good luck, Robb
