'morning All,
My goal for 2020 winter was to be @ or below 190 on my Birthday (today) end of February.
I'm a pinch over 6'1 barefoot......
#LovinLife,
Robb
Happy Birthday and Congratulations.
Last year I kinda had some Pound Creep and actually hit 207 lbs and spiraled into depression!
Granted I was dating 2-3 nights a week and with dinner/drinks and maybe a movie/popcorn, the Pound Creep grew fast.
This year I have change whom I date to more outdoor active in winter type, snowshoe/x-skiing or simple winter hikes, sports and more into indoor type bitter cold days of Yoga and lap swimming/sauna afterwards. I even did some ice skating which I haven't done since living in Bangor, Maine!
So 'lots more morning activities and calorie burning and then home right into the days projects/goals here or at @ lady friends place.
I like change though, new challenges and new results---------->
Good luck, Robb
February use to be a Great month, with the new Primos Elk DVD release, Wyo Elk Results and to finish the month with my B-Day.
How the month has changed!
I'll do my Wyo Sheep~~Moose today, even though I'm for sure in the Random on my Ram (Unit 3) and my Bull Moose (unit 26) maybe a lil B-Day MOJO! haha
Thanks friends,
Robb

Happy Birthday, good job!
Happy birthday and congrats!
Happy birthday and nice work!!
Happy birthday, Robb! Glad you're finding some outdoorsy women over there, and congratulations on hitting your weight goal!
First, I'm jealous. Just started getting in shape for next fall.
Second, happy birthday and make that wish you made a 100x come true. You know the one. It goes something like this " I wish a 380 bull comes out and stands right there" :)
Ed
Happy Birthday Robb....Rock on !!
Congrats! Nice job losing the weight and Happy Birthday! Over the last decade I've done the yo yo from 210 in the summer to 220 in the winter. I'd really love to get down close to 200. Although I work out all year and am in decent shape, I really think I'd be quite a bit more nimble if I could drop the pounds.
Happy Birthday Robb, nice work on crushing your goal!

Happy belated birthday Robb congrats on the weight!
CONGRATULATIONS. I'm 6'2" and 207 right now. You've given me hope. 61 years old. I want 190. How long to lose the weight? My biggest problem is eating too much. I gotta cut back.
Congratulations and happy birthday Robb! Good luck in the draws!
Hey Thanks!!
Jake ~~ 190 thru winter and not below 180 ~~ summer/fall.
We had a No Candles Cake yesterday!! haha
Good luck, Robb
184.2 was also my exact weight.... coming out of 9th grade (and no, I wasn’t 22 years old)!! That’s friggin awesome, Rob! My target is 230 before I guide Mtn goat hunters this fall. 248 now and 6’1, still in a 36 pant but they’re a little tight...
Congrats!!! I also lost 27 pounds since August 1rst. I use to find losing weight easy, but now at 58 years old, I found it hard to do... but I did it. Now 178lbs. Now just keeping it off will be the hard task. Spring bear hunt will help maintain...
Great work, Robb! Happy Birthday.
Hey Thanks fella's
Sorry I missed ya @ the Expo NO
It for sure is a year round/daily commitment.
Good luck, Robb
Robb, I have this notice posted on the door of the "Food Box". Helps remind me daily/hourly, of my goals. good luck. Paul
Every little reminder sure helps Paul----->
Good luck, Robb
Dang, Paul....I would be one HANGRY SOB on that diet!
Threads like this help get me back on track. Eating less, exercising more, sugar at 102 this morning!
Good going, Robb keep it up. John C.
Pop-r, I’m a good sized guy, average 240 and an outfitter in Alaska, been doing goats for over 20 years. That being said, being 230 gives me even more of an advantage. I bet Robb at over 200 would still out hunt 98% of ppl, but at mid 180’s, he will hunt better, move faster and his stamina is better, what I’m trying to do essentially
Plus I think having my lower--normal weight helps keep injury off~set as being 20lbs heavier is a lot more wear and tear on the ole body parts!
Paul, I went with a self imposed 4 hour rule, NO eating/snacks/drinking 4 hours before bed...…., I sleep Great and wake up kinda thinner!! haha
Good luck, Robb
