A pic went up on our state forum of one yesterday with antlers still in place (link).
A number of guys on local facebook hunting groups are still getting pics. It's weird. We got over 30" of snow the Monday after thanksgiving and guys were shooting shed bucks that week during shotgun season... Then the snow melted and we had a very mild winter - the snow yesterday was the first in months and is mostly gone now. So the going theory is that bucks in areas that had solid mast are just really healthy and thus have not shed yet.
We start turkey hunting last Monday in April... Often during turkey hunts I see deer with budding new velvet starting... so it's funny to see them holding so late this year.

Half the fun of the Spring hunt in the 70's, 80's and 90's was the spring sucker run. Fill a truck up and take 2 pails or more per bait. Cheap and easy bait and tons of fun!!
