Turned out about 12 feet once tanned. Was 11 6 and a half day I shot it I believe

Very cool! I just had mine tanned with the head mounted and hide flat. I like yours better. I couldn't spend anymore than I did back then, ( 2005) thanks for posting.

Krieger, My first gator I did as a rug too. Much smaller gator though. When I shot this wasnt sure what i was going to do he was so massive. Wife said do a lifesize. Hard to argue with that lol
