Trick to Posting Under BS Icon?
When I try to start a thread under the Bowsite Icon (the one with the big B and arrow head) it routes me to the page that says the community forum is gone. Yet there are other new threads started under that category.
I’ve had that same problem. I’ll be following this!
Click the Bowsite icon in front of an existing "Bowsite" topic, the next page will be all threads under that catagory, then click the "new thread" link.
Thanks Wapiti, but that’s what I’ve been doing and no go.
well heck, It worked for me all the way thru, up to the submit button.
Same issue here. I started a few threads and they disappeared. Or were deleted. Not sure what's going on with it.......
Yup, same here, I just gave up.
"*(bowhunting-related topics ONLY Otherwise use the community forum)"
Yes it seems to go through but never appears
Threads are getting deleted left and right. If you call out the deleter, he’ll PM you and tell you how important he is. In general he seems to claim everything has to be Bowhunting related, but of course we see non Bowhunting and even non hunting related threads all the time.
This post will probably get me banned, but I’m getting pretty sick of the heavy handedness lately. Stay safe guys, and keep your powder (and feathers/vanes) dry.
The Community Forum was shut down. Pat posted a thread about it and the reason. Complain all you want about "heavy handed" ness but it's a free site and privately run. They can set rules and enforce them as they see fit.
Bou, you recently started a new thread under the icon I’m talking about. The “Have your plans been changed” thread.
How did you do that?
Ace, I’m with you. Go look at the MA forum. Tons of posts that have noting to do with bow hunting. Hmmmmmm
Too many posts getting filtered and/or deleted. I guess if you post something about the weather, make sure you put in there how your arrow flies on a sunny day. Lol :)
Oh yeah, don’t forget the smiley faces. It’s makes it ok. :)
And when I shoot my bow, my arrows sometimes hit the center of the target, and sometimes hit left. Am I torquing my bow on those shots? Or should I try nock tuning those arrows? :)
I did it many days ago but one this morning never took.
Surely BS is censoring us ;)
