Got these trail cam pics yesterday. The cubs sure look small. In the one pic the cub is on the mother’s back. I have never seen that before. They were in the clover and rye coming up in this plot.

They sure are cute when they’re that small. I had one about that size walk out about 10 yards from me on a logging road a couple years ago in Montana. It just looked at me and made a few squeaks. Mom and the other 2 cubs came barreling out of the brush pretty quick and they all went on their way.

Funny! Love watching the cubs antics. I watched a sow the other day with 3 cubs and they were raising hell running around and grab-assing...made me think that poor sow probably was not unlike my own mother that couldn't wait for bedtime when us three boys were finally out of her hair for the day and she could relax!
