I don't have any experience but I like Hawk (the Old Gorilla) stuff. Couldn't you get an old, used hang-on off of Craigslist for a couple of bucks and modify it to do the same thing?

I bought one off Camofire and only used it a couple times. So far so good.

I purchased a Hawk seat for a twisted tree. I used it in a tree that angled away sharply and I could not use any other seat w/o cutting off circulation to my legs or blocking too much of the platform which made it hard to move. The Hawk seat snugged up nicely, could be positioned right where I wanted it and rotated quietly. Very please with it but it is not the model that you are considering.
