I started, but did not complete an application - I was waiting to here back from a friend about applying with me. The app I started is not in my cart, not submitted - GONE.
The problem is I cannot select it again. I have logged in and out several times and it is shaded out (like I applied). So website think I applied, but I did not, and shows I have not applied when I go to previously submitted apps (which updates immediately fyi).
I have been on hold with WY G&F 307-777-4600 for about 45 minutes and ready to smash my phone because I keep hearing the repeating "thank you for calling.... all reps are busy, blah blah blah". It repeats LITERALLY every 15 seconds.
Ideas? Other numbers to call?

Great idea! I tried but that also did not work. I would like to have some time alone with who ever decided to repeat the 5 second message every 15 seconds at G&F...............
I called Cody G&F and she said use my smartphone - she had that call several times yesterday - it worked!
