thinking of changing heads from cutthroat to iron will. i shoot a 60# recurve My arrows are 400 Center Shot Beman at 28" 580 grains. Ive done well with cutthroat on deer yet to shoot elk. Your thoughts Guys!

I have heard good things about Cutthroats but never used one. However I have 100, 125, 200, and 250 gr Iron Will BHs.

I can vouch for them in all you would want in a BH.

I don’t shoot the Cutthroat’s because I use 100 grain head.. but Iron wills have been great. Very accurate and sharp.

wow. I don't have the breadth of experience that altitude sick has, but, they are a beautiful, well made, sharp and nice flying head.

You won't go wrong with an IW. Awesome heads.

Nice heads. As far as performance on game I wouldn't expect any different results than what Cutthroats produced.

Cutthroats are durable heads and Tom Clum is a great guy, so that's a fine choice. Our 3/4" bleeder blade is one difference that I really like for opening up the holes.

I don’t see any reason to switch. You’re shooting one of the most durable heads made. I don’t see you gaining any advantage, especially since you already own the cutthroats!

I’ve used the IW 125V on elk, deer, brown bear black bear and Aoudad. It’s performed very well in all cases.
