The family spent the day around Estes Park but not in RMNP. I am starting to take my daughter’s Senior pictures. Here are a few critters and such I snapped pictures of.
John, a lot of Colorado history in that area.

Neat John, thanks for sharing.
Nice and very peaceful looking
Good luck, Robb
Nice day huh
That was a good day!
John nice pictures. You didn't see any bulls?
No bulls seen yesterday. We did not spend much time looking. To go into RMNP you have to have a reservation and enter at your designated time and our trip was spur of the moment.

Cool pics John. Thanks for sharing.
Nice pics, no bull elk in velvet?
Very nice, have you ever been to Estes Park golf course during the elk rut?
Very nice photos.
Great photos, beautiful church.
Nice, thanks for sharing.
Very nice photo's. Thanks.
we will be there 24th25th then onto Yellowstone.
Thanks for the photos. The first live elk and mule deer I ever saw were in Estes Park. The mulies were in someones front yard, in town, about 10 am. Being used to whitetails, it was a real surprise at how at ease they were. Where's the stone church? It's been several years since we were in Estes last, but I don't recall that.
South of Estes just a few miles on Hwy 7. Sits along side of Hwy
Cool pics John!
My IBM and Ricoh classes are in Boulder so I make the Estes Park run almost every night. Beautiful area. Isn't that the church that has the tall statue of Christ near it?
Me too, only one photo tho. Best summer to hit a national park. No bus loads of foreigners
Thanks for th pics!
Here is a link to the church on the rocks website.

Great Pictures John! My sister got married in Camp St. Malo. It's a beautiful church on the inside as well. Some great history to that church!
Nice pics and link. Would definitely check out that church if up that way.
